Typical coverage of birthday events include 2 hours of candid shots with primary focus on customer/event host and their immediate family and friends + an hour of posed profile shots with their choice of background.
Exceptionally curated and professionally edited pictures of the event, to the tune of not less than 200 high resolution images (includes the candid and posed shots), will be delivered electronically via digital album or shared drive folders.
Printed album and other type of media are to be discussed separately on need basis.
Destination event locations and venue that's farther than 50 miles of Orlando, FL will attract addional charges.
Event coverage is secured by paying 50% of the total amount during the booking. The remaining 50% to be paid at the end of the event. Photos will be delivered within 2 weeks from the event date, concluding the entire transaction. In case of cancellation by the event host, 20% of the total amount will be held as retainer fee and the balance will be refunded. In the rare/unforseen event of cancellation of coverage by us (MRB.Clicks), the entire booking fee will be refunded.
By booking and paying the deposit, the customer/event host agrees to the following:
MRB.Clicks and their owners retain the copyright & creative rights of the photographs shot by them in perpetuity. They also retain the right to use the photos in social media and other platforms for their own marketing and educational purposes. However, they DO NOT have the rights to sell or license these photographs to any other party for commecial purposes.
The customer/event host accepts the creative editing choices done to the photographs and agrees not to demand changes to the editing as part of this transaction. Major editing changes to be discussed separately.
It is the customer/event host's responsibility to ensure access and permission for taking photographs at the venue including the usage of the necessary lighting equipments for the photoshoot. Failure of this will result in forefeiting the booking amount as well as the event coverage.
It is the customer/event host's responsibility to ensure safety and security to the photographic crew and their equipments at the venue.
